Work Experience Database
This work experience database (which is password protected) is part of the comprehensive work experience support service that Walsall EBP provides for Walsall secondary schools covering:
- Pre-16 work placements
- Post-16 work placements
- Extended work placements
The services offered to schools include:
- Checking work experience placements on behalf of the schools for current, valid Employer's Liability Insurance and Health and Safety using NEBOSH qualified and experienced staff;
- Providing ongoing consultancy / advice to schools on issues relating to work experience;
- Arranging termly development meetings for work experience coordinators;
- Identifying and meeting school training needs for work experience;
- Compiling and submitting work experience statistical returns to LSC, DfES and others;
- Maintaining, updating and providing access to Job Activity / Risk Assessment database.
