Walsall schools are increasingly recognizing the benefits to their Year 11 students of a practice interview with an employer. This has resulted in a significant increase in the number of practice interviews that Walsall EBP are being asked to provide with a subsequent increase in the number of local employers involved.

These interviews are as realistic as possible and provide a unique learning opportunity with the added benefit of a written interview feedback sheet that is discussed with the student and then sent back to the school.
